A Question I Asked One Year Ago

have spent most of my career studying how language shapes belief, behavior, and trust. Value has to be communicated in a way that feels personal, specific, and real. Applied at scale, organizations can communicate with precision and coherence throughout every audience they touch. Culture work taught me something similar: the words a company chooses become the story people live inside. Words create alignment, not just awareness. Over time, I stopped seeing language as “copy” and began to see it as infrastructure.
