My work sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, brand, communications, revenue growth, customer experience, and organizational change – connecting disciplines that too often operate in silos.

Most recently, I served as Vice President of Marketing & Client Partnerships at Pivot Energy, where I led marketing, brand, public relations, internal communications, thought leadership, change management, and client partnerships during a period of significant national growth. Over eight years with the company, I helped build Pivot's national market position, strengthen its approach to enterprise customers, and develop a brand that attracted some of the world's largest companies.

What I've learned throughout my career is that organizations rarely struggle because they're short on ideas. The harder work is creating clarity around what matters, aligning people around shared priorities, and turning strategy into action. That's where I do my best work.

Today, I partner with companies as a fractional executive, strategic advisor, and project leader. I can step in to lead a function, help solve a specific business challenge, or work alongside an existing leadership team to build the strategy, systems, and organizational alignment needed for what's next.

I'm particularly passionate about mission-driven businesses, renewable energy and infrastructure, and organizations navigating growth or transformation. I believe strong businesses are built on trust, that brands are shaped by every stakeholder experience, and that the best strategies work because people understand them and know how to act on them.

I'm also a public speaker, workshop facilitator, and leadership advisor, speaking on topics ranging from renewable energy and strategic communications to stakeholder engagement, organizational change, leadership, and imposter syndrome.
